Man charged with aggravated DUI in Campustown accident

Seonghyun Lee, 24, of Champaign was charged Monday after his car allegedly hit Makena Brillhart, 19, who was with a group crossing Green Street near Fourth Street against a light around 2 a.m. Saturday.
