ARCOLA — An Iowa truck driver was ticketed for improper lane usage after his semitrailer overturned near Arcola early Wednesday morning.
Timothy R. Pingel, 42, of Cherokee, Iowa, told state police he was distracted by a beverage in his 2005 Peterbilt truck. He was pulling a trailer northbound on Interstate 57.
