Groce Makes A Good First Impression

For all the up and down emotions of the last few weeks as the Illini coaching search was was refreshing to actually have a press conference and have the man who got the job address the fans and media all around the state of Illinois on Thursday afternoon. 

New screening procedures coming to Willard Airport

     If you're flying out of Willard Airport in Savoy, you'll soon have the option of going through a different security screening procedure.

     Gone is the traditional metal detector, and in its place is a full body scanner.

WILL hosts Inge, Quinn, producer retiring

URBANA — Two longtime hosts on WILL-AM and a producer at the radio station are retiring.

David Inge, longtime host of the morning talk show "Focus," announced his plans to retire from the University of Illinois and WILL-AM on June 30.

In addition, Celeste Quinn, the host of "Afternoon Magazine," and Harriet Williamson, the producer of "Focus," are also retiring.
