Champaign photographer's work to be shown at state exhibit

REND LAKE — Photographs by Champaign photographer Chris Main will be included in the new Illinois Artisans Gallery exhibit, "When Nature Talks," opening Saturday at the Southern Illinois Art & Artisans Center.

The opening reception will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday. It is free and open to the public.

The other exhibiting artists are Les Barker of Aurora, paper artist; Lisa Goesling of Palatine, scratchboard artist; Roger Grimes of Chicago, woodworker; Yuki Nyhan of Chicago, ceramic artist; and Leonard Wilson of McHenry, glass artist.
