Viewing party set in Gibson City for 'American Pickers'

GIBSON CITY — A viewing party for Monday's episode of "American Pickers," featuring Gibson City resident Ray Leisure and his collection of antiques, will be held at the American Legion Hall in Gibson City.

The party will occur as the episode is aired at 8 p.m. June 10 on the History Channel. The Leisures will supply pork barbecue and are asking those attending to bring a covered dish to share.

"This is the third date they have given us, but now it is listed on the Internet, so it's got to be a go," Ray Leisure said in an email. "We are so thrilled that it is finally going to air."
