DANVILLE — Special event tickets for Presence United Samaritans Medical Center's Foundation 17th annual "Festival of Trees: Wishes Come True" will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.

The festival will be Nov. 16-21 at the David S. Palmer Arena in Danville, and the 2013 Platinum Sponsor of the event is the Julius W. Hegeler II Foundation.

Tickets may be purchased in person at the box office, online at http://www.presencehealth.org/festivaloftrees, or by phone at 877-77-CLICK (2-5425). Prices vary per event.

Popular returning special features from last year include the Polar Express, the Children's Holiday Breakfast, the Ladies' Luncheon, the Heroes Lunch, the Crystal Ball, the Princess Tea Party and Silver Bells BINGO. New events include Family Night BINGO and Festival After Hours, which marks the return of an adults-only evening event with food, drink and music.

"We're thrilled to be able to offer something special for everyone," event coordinator Angie Lazzell said. "Our committees are working hard to make each and every special event outstanding again this year."

The Festival of Trees benefits the outreach programs of Presence United Samaritans Medical Center's Foundation. Programs include I Sing the Body Electric, the HALO Project, Faith In Action and Young Women/Men Aware.
