Four-day music festival set in Vermilion County

DANVILLE — A major music and art festival is coming to the area in September.

The first Phases Of The Moon Music + Art Festival is set to take place Sept. 11-14 at the 3,000-acre Kennekuk County Park just west of Danville.

Among artists scheduled to perform: Widespread Panic, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Gov't Mule, Leon Russell, Galactic, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, Chris Robinson Brotherhood, Jackie Greene Band, Anders Osborne, Leftover Salmon with Bill Payne of Little Feat, Dumpstaphunk, Monophonics, The Revivalists, Soulive, Tea Leaf Green, Rumpke Mountain Boys, Matt Schofield, Clare Dunn, Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds and the James Jones Trio. Phases Of The Moon is a four-day music, arts and camping event.

Plans include four outdoor stages, farm-to-table food, craft beer, a farmer's market and craft vendors and family events.
