Student artists showing 'Figuration' works

CHAMPAIGN — A new exhibition titled "Figuration" will be on view from Thursday through April 1 at the Indi Go Artist's Co-Op, 9 E. University Ave.

The artists' reception is set for 7 p.m. March 29, and the gallery will be open from 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

"Figuration," a collaborative show of work by student artists and the University of Illinois Life Drawing Club members, focuses on the figure and design and aims to showcase the human figure and formal compositions depicting the body in different media including drawing, painting and sculpture.

The artists represented in the show are Veronica Pham, Mason Pot, Kinsey Fitzgerald, Maddie Wolfe, Will Blake, Jay Pahre and Life Drawing Club members.
