I'm not sure if this falls under the negotiating with terrorists, or taking a bullet for someone else. The WBC, the vultures that swarm around the funerals of our fallen solders, and victims of cruel violence, spewing their "gospel" of God's hate, have struck a deal with Mike Gallagher for a 3 hour spot on national radio Tuesday April 24 from 9am to 12 noon.
They have announced that they will suspend all of the planned pickets of VT funerals.
While I have to commend Mr. Gallagher for his effort to spare the families any more grief, I hate to see these people get anything they want.

maybe they should allow them to record it and then not air it

I know what you mean. I think it might be live, but I'm not sure. Once you hear them, you know where they stand. I have never anyone spout so much hate in the name of God. It makes you shutter.

What's their issue with VT anyway. I don't understand?

They don't really have an issue with VT, they have an agenda. They say they have a message from "an angry God." They picket funerals of fallen soldiers, and murdered children saying that God is sending America home her dead children as our punishment. They hate gays, and say that because America has embraced homosexuality, we are all doomed at the hands of an "angry God." They preach the hate of God, and say that God loving everyone is a great lie. They use this tragedy, and others to preach their message of hate.
