It's been a while since I reminded you all that, you know, I got married 13 months ago.
So, if you get a chance, check out my guest post and some wedding photos that my friend Kerry Rossow featured on her blog, HouseTalkN. Soon, she'll also feature a house tour of my in-laws' historic mansion in Loda.

Side note - see that fur collar I wrore for the wedding? (I bought it at an antique shop, so no animals died in the making of our wedding.) The other day, it fell off a shelf in our bedroom.
Our own dog, Milou, found it and dragged it into the living room, with an expression that seemed to say: "Oh my gosh! Look what I found! I am the smartest hunting dog ever." He was pretty disappointed when I took it away and put it back in its rightful place.
