So who was funding Scott Lee Cohen's campaign?

Current -- and maybe not for long -- Democratic lieutenant governor candidate Scott Lee Cohen's campaign disclosure forms are interesting.
They show that he had loaned his campaign $2.12 million -- to run for the do-little office of lieutenant governor!
Cohen reported only about $6,200 in other campaign receipts ($5,350 of it itemized).
The only donation of any consequence was $650 from Anthony L. Burrell of Chicago -- a judge in Cook County!
UPDATE.
At home now ... in today's mail is another mailer from Scott Lee Cohen -- three days too late.
On the front page it says, "If you're tired of politics as usual ...
"Then vote for Scott Lee Cohen"
Even in Illinois, this stuff is kind of unusual.
