URBANA — Six more rehearsals remain for the annual Handel’s Messiah presentation at the Canaan Baptist Church. All interested singers may join the rehearsals, which will be on Thursday and continue Nov.
CHAMPAIGN — Popular Christmas music performer Mannheim Steamroller will perform live at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 21 at the University of Illinois Assembly Hall in Champaign.
CHAMPAIGN — Rapper and hip-hop artist Drake will play a Sunday, Nov. 13 concert at the University of Illinois Assembly Hall.
Also playing that night will be guests Kendrick Lamar and A$AP Rocky. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $39, $49 and $69, with a $10 discount for local UI students.

The News-Gazette is changing its policy on engagements, weddings and civil unions.
Effective June 1, there will be a $20 charge for all engagement announcements. Weddings will continue to carry a $50 charge and so will civil union ceremonies.
