Residents of Illinois can ring in the New Year by receiving 10 free flowering trees by joining the Arbor Day Foundation any time during January.

The reason this comes up Friday is that three features, regularly found on Page B-6 for the past year or so, have been moved to other days to make room for more local news in that day's paper.
