No. 4: A.J. Jenkins, receiver.
Why he's important: The team's top receiver in 2010 with 56 catches has already been named to the Biletnikoff Award watch list and is a preseason All-Big Ten candidate. Already ranked among the school's career Top 10 in touchdown catches with 11, he can move high into the career reception list with a big senior season. He has stated he wants 80 catches, 1,000 yards and 10 touchdowns in his final year. He had 11 and 10 catches his first two seasons before his breakout junior year. The more help the Illinois offense gets from the other receivers, the more it will open up the field for Jenkins.
Fast fact: Alfred had all sorts of college options after a standout career at Jacksonville (Fla.) Terry Parker, picking Illinois over Florida,. Florida State, Georgia Tech, Miami, West Virginia and others.
