I had a great time at the Taste of Home Cooking School this weekend in Monticello.
At one point, Culinary Specialist Jamie Dunn asked me if I have any favorite recipes from my work as a features writer at The News-Gazette.
I couldn't pick just one, I told her, but I'm always wowed by the recipes our readers submit. Dunn then asked the crowd to raise their hands if they've ever submitted a recipe to The N-G. No one raised their hand.
I'd like to change that, so if you were there and have a killer recipe you'd like to see published in the paper, please e-mail me. I'd love to see your recipe.
