Recipe for easy peanut butter fudge

Recipe for easy peanut butter fudge

The other day, Jason Ronna of Paxton e-mailed me a recipe for easy peanut butter fudge. It is, in fact, his wife, Wendy's recipe. It's “the easiest peanut butter fudge recipe you can possibly make,” Ronna told me. “It is also very very good. ... A double batch makes a lot, but it won't be around long.”

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

1 16 ounce jar of creamy peanut butter (Ronna uses Jiff)

1 can of creamy vanilla frosting

Combine both ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for about one to 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from microwave and blend together completely. Pour mixture into a 9-inch square Pyrex or other pan. It will be about an inch thick. Refrigerate for about an hour. Cut into one inch squares and serve. It is delicious.

More readers have been submitting their recipes for my blog, and I love it. If you have a recipe you'd like to share, please feel free to e-mail me. It would be great if you'd include your name and your city of residence, as well.
