I was totally in the mood this weekend to spend time in my kitchen, as you already know from my post about Cherry Crisp.
Cherries were on sale last week, so I bought three pounds on Saturday night, only to realize I'd need to use them pronto or they'd go bad.
I hardly needed an excuse to bake something Sunday, so having the direction of using cherries was just an inspiration.
After I made five large, faux photo canvases last weekend, I figured it would be a breeze to hang them.
Reading this story about Americans and their stuff made me want to go home yesterday and find more items to donate to thrift stores.
I asked my sister, Allison, to tell me about how she decided to try wrapping hot dogs in crescent rolls and baking them for a corn-dog-esque treat.
"Well, it's a long story. You have time? One day, I ran out of hot dog buns," she told me.
