Let's be honest, I've never met a cobbler I didn't like.
So when my mom gave me some frozen garden peaches she needed to use up, I figured there was one near in my future. While I was using frozen fruit, I decided to pull out some frozen strawberries I put away earlier this season.
Lately, Rob and I have been sprucing up our spare room, and our new Murphy bed is allowing me to use the space better for crafting.
It's been fairly well established on this blog that Rob and I are house people.
I originally made this recipe last week when cooking for friends, one of whom is on a restricted diet.
I got it off the American Heart Association's website - it's one of their recipes that's heart- and diabetic-friendly.
