Glad to see Illinois getting the respect it deserves for surviving in the Big Ten despite three of our best players out due to injuries and suspensions.

This is a joke, right?Legendary Coach Jackson bases this latest manufactured hype of the Illini on something called Bracket Matrix, which traces back to something called PHSports, which mentions that some guy named Brian is apparently behind Bracket Matrix. And PH could stand for Please Help as we guess.

Wow! Such an authoritative source. So, there ya go -- the Illini are great and headed to the dance according to some guy named Brian, unless of couyse they go soft again and start losing again, and then they ain't headed anywhere  -- except maybe over to Brian's house.

Bracket Matrix is just an aggregator, meaning it searches out all available bracket projections.  So, that guy Brian isn't predicting anything.  He's just sharing what others are saying.

I notice you didn't read far enough to note that the bracket guys from ESPN, CBS and Yahoo all have the Illini in the field.  Or perhaps your reading comprehension just isn't up to snuff, moonpie.

No need to respond to MOONPIE! He/She was a spurned writer/lover of the N-G and Loren Tate.

Rarely adds anything of significant value or insight to ANY post or article. Most likely was a JV player on their Jr High Hoops and Football team...but thinks he/she has ALL the answers!

A Lost, frustrated, Pathetic soul AT BEST!

GO ILLINI! Keep it Up! Love to see you play Miami AGAIN!
