Meet the Shelter Dog

Please welcome today’s guest blogger, Jasmine.

Wear Your Compassion on Your Sleeve, and on Your Mutt Strut 2010 T-Shirt

This year, I’d like to invite everyone who loves animals to join friends of the Champaign County Humane Society at the annual Mutt Strut.  Yes, that’s right, I’m inviting all of you, not just dog owners with socially-well-adjusted dogs.

Funny Stuff on the Calendar

This Thursday at Cowboy Monkey in Champaign, the Zoo Improv group is doing a benefit performance for the Champaign County Humane Society.  The show is from 7-8:30 pm and the price of admission is your donation to the Humane Society.  This great local group has been doing once-monthly shows for the benefit of local charities for months.  Come have a laugh and support their efforts!
