Weekend Wrap — Jackson hits paydirt for Crusaders

Every week during the prep football season, IlliniHQ will give a wrap-up of how Illini commits and targets fared during the previous weekend's games. Here are a few notes from week 12 for the few who are still playing.

Eight Illini football recruits still in playoffs

Finishing up last week's chat

Since I won't be having a weekly recruiting chat today — I'm covering the Urbana boys soccer team in the Class 2A semifinals at 1 p.m. — I'll try to fill that void by answering a few of the leftover questions from my chat last week.

I should be back at 1 p.m. next Friday, Nov. 9, for another chat. Thanks for reading.
