Photos of UHS auditorium renovations; open house for Champaign's Family Information Center
Two quick things I wanted to point out on my education blog today:
The Urbana school district's website has an update and a photo gallery of the renovation on the auditorium at Urbana High School. To see it, click here.
Also, the Champaign school district is hosting an open house at its new Family Information Center's location.
It's scheduled for 4-6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6, at the center, which is now located at 1103 N. Neil St., C, in the old Columbia School building.
The open house will also give community members a chance to say hello to new Superintendent Judy Wiegand.
Parking is available in the lot south of the new Family Information Center, and at nearby Stratton Elementary School, 902 N. Randolph St., C, and The Academic Academy, 815 N. Randolph St., C.
