— Big Earl’s Extreme Race
This is a 3-mile race with 12 obstacles, in Watson, just southwest of Effingham on Saturday, Aug. 25.
The race website doesn’t say anything about what kind of obstacles to expect, but from the photos, I’m pretty sure water and mud will be involved. And there’s a scary-looking photo of barbed wire.
