With Fall comes cooler weather, drying leaves, Halloween, and cider drinking. John Peverly, retired University of Illinois Extension Educator, has been making cider for many years. Come join John and learn how to turn that bushel of apples into some home-made cider. There will be samples too! From Apples to Cider& will be held Tuesday, September 4, 2007, starting at 6:30, at the University of Illinois Extension Office, 12190 US Route 150, Oakwood, IL 61858. Call 217-442-8615 to register.
