The final swim of 2007 is reserved for those who dont need a suit! Your dog can beat the heat by diving in to Crystal Lake Pool after the regular season has ended. Each pooch will take home a treat bag filled with good stuff for dogs and their owners. Sorry, no people allowed in the pool, but you and your pet may play fetch or Frisbee" on the lawn. Only dogs older than 4 months may register. For the safety of all, participants must show proof of rabies vaccination from their vet when registering. Go to the Phillips Recreation Center, 505 W. Stoughton in Urbana to register. Register by September 5. There is a maximum of 75 dogs.
