Statewide ecumenical gathering for 2007. Open to the public. Every member church will send its judicatory executive and one other voting delegate. Other persons with ecumenical passion are welcome to attend. Participants will worship together. There will be a forum dialogue around the question of "What is Church?" Representing the Presbyterian Church USA among the respondents will be the Rev. Dr. Steve Shoemaker of Urbana. Also, a new member church body, the Armenian Orthodox Church will be received into membership. Registration is $50; includes cost lunch and materials. There is no charge for local people who simply wish to sit in on the worship, the forum, or other parts of the day.
