March 10 through April 11. RCC's David Erlanson Gallery is proud to present artist, Harry Breen. Trained primarily in painting, drawing, and printmaking, Harry has consistently used his local landscape as the subject of his work. Since his move to Champaign-Urbana in 1957, the fertile fields and big skies of the central prairies of Illinois have been dominant themes. In 1971, the Shawnee Hills of far-southern Illinois where Breen and his wife, Diane, purchased acreage were added to Breen's landscape subjects. The exhibit will feature oils, water color, and ceramic sculpture. Please join us for an opening reception March 13, from 1:30-3 p.m .in the gallery. The artist will be available for questions and refreshments will be served. The event is free and open to the public, and the gallery is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
