Customer First Service is Key! seminar is designed to help people see the importance of customer service both for them as individuals as well as for their business or organization. Without customers, a business can not survive. Survival means not only keeping current customers, but attracting new ones as well! Wm. J. Wilkinson, extension educator small business management, will present this three-hour program. Seminar topics to include; *Understanding Customers and Their Expectations, *Demonstrating Good Customer Service Individual and Organizational, *Telephone Skills, *Dealing With Unhappy Customers, *Creating a Customer Service Action Plan. This seminar is sponsored by the Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at U of I Extension, Champaign Chamber of Commerce, and Champaign County Economic Development Corporation.
