Donald Schleicher, conductor Mahler's Symphony No. 2 in C Minor "Resurrection,&" is one of the great works of the late nineteenth century. Mahler's second symphony was among the most popular and successful during his lifetime. The five-movement work is scored for a huge orchestra (two dozen brass players and seven percussionists!), plus soprano and alto soloists with choir and organ. Tickets $4-$10.For more information:
