E-co lab, a local non-profit Community Housing Developer, and the City of Urbana are hosting an Open House and Energy Efficiency Informational Session on Saturday, March 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., 1007 W. Fairview Ave, Urbana, 61801. The Fairview house, a super energy efficient Passive House with four bedrooms and two full baths, is scheduled to be finished with construction at the end of March and is currently looking for a new first time home owner. The informational session about energy efficient homes will be held at 11.30 a.m.For more information:
