"Baby Bootstraps: A Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Group." Free support group for women, 18 years and older; focusing on mental and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and postpartum (up to one year after delivery of baby). Will address postpartum depression, resources, support, any mental or emotional challenges women may face during this important time in their lives. Will also provide education for family and friends on how they can support their loved one. Occurs: Every first and third Monday (5:45 to 6:45 p.m.) and first and third Wednesday (1to 2 p.m.).
