This full day of 'Garden to Table' workshops are designed to help you get the most out of your vegetable garden, enliven your meals, and reduce your trips to the grocery store. This weekend event will include permaculture design for the home garden, 'weed' identification, methods for extending and preserving your extra garden and orchard production, 'Stump-the-Chef', how to turn your garden bounty into a delicious meal -- and more. Cost for all four workshops, lunch and dinner is $95. Sessions may be attended individually.
