It's raining kittens! The Piatt County Animal Shelter is caring for almost 50 cats and kittens. Our not-for-profit organization needs adoptive families to provide fur-ever homes, pet food and supplies, and money to build a facility - with community cat rooms - at the Pontious Farm in White Heath.
