Champaign County Fair July 18-26. July 12 - 50th Anniversary of the Champaign County Fair Queen Pageant at 1:30 p.m. at Rantoul Township High School Cafetorium. Gates open at 3 p.m. July 18 and 19; 11 a.m. July 20; 8 a.m. July 21-25; 10 a.m. July 26, Champaign County Fairgrounds, 902-1302 N. Coler Ave., U. Carnival opens at 5 p.m. July 18; 3 p.m. July 19; noon July 20; 5 p.m. July 21-25; noon July 26. Livestock judging. Grandstand events include Demolition Derbies, Car/Truck Show, Farm Bureau Ag Events, Monster Truck Show, Talent Contest and Big Giveaway, Harness Racing, AMA Pro-AM Motorcycle Race, Rodeo and Tractor Pulls.
