Learn how to make simple recipes that you can enjoy at home any night of the week. This month we will cover salad dressings. There is a right kind of salad for each occasion - and dressings that best suit each different salad. Participants will learn how to make a simple vinaigrette to a 4-star dressing, along with several kinds of salad. Member, $10; Non-Member, $15.For more information:
