Kinetik Kidz is a program that teaches children the importance of physical activity by playing high-energy games and participating in structured strength training. Kidz develop healthy habits and learn the benefits of a active lifestyle. For ages 6-11. 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, Oct. 8-Nov. 5.
