Description:
A six-week educational program where caregivers can learn to care for themselves while caring for another person. This program provides family caregivers with the tools to increase their self-care and their ability and confidence to handle difficult situations, emotions, and decisions. The Caregiver Advisory Program at the Ford-Iroquois Public Health Department in conjunction with ASTA Care Center of Ford County will be offering this program beginning November 6th, 2008 from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. at ASTA Care Center, 1240 N.
