Back by popular demand! We will stretch, strengthen, and condition our bodies while utilizing a variety of kid-friendly exercise equipment. Learn about your body and how to exercise safely. During the first half hour, different nutrition topics will be discussed. Age: 8 and up - All sessions meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, with Session I running from Sept. 9-Oct. 2; Session II Oct. 7-30; and Session III Nov. 4-Dec. 2. - Cost: $40 for members and residents of Savoy, $52 for non-residents, and $35 for I-power clients - Sign up by Sept. 3, Oct. 1, or Oct. 29.For more information:
