Come sit in Community. Meditation is a practice. There is no one way. No homework, no preparation, no commitment required. Come get some breathing space. We will begin with a short poem or meditative guide to center ourselves, followed by a period of quiet meditation. We will close with prayers said silently or out loud. Led by Rev.
