Enjoy coffee and a light breakfast followed by Bingo. There is no fee for this program, but bring a prize to extend the playing time. On Sept. 22 and Nov. 24, the program will be held at Hays Recreation Center, 1311 W. Church St. On Oct. 27 and Dec. 22, it will be at Douglass Annex, 804 N. 5th St.For more information:
