Santa arrives in Philo on Saturday, Dec. 13 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Franks Center Gym, one block south or rail road tracks, one block east of Illinois 130, Philo. Kids of all ages and from all over are invited to enjoy juice and donuts, crafts, games, cake walk, photos with Santa, prizes and fun! Tickets are 25 cents, most activities cost one or two tickets. Bring a new toy or gift for The Salvation Army Angel Tree and receive four free tickets. Sponsored by Santa Breakfast Club, a non-profit group of community minded women from Philo and surrounding towns.For more information:
