Sept. 15-Nov. 12, Phillips Recreation Center. Tuesdays, Thursdays, 10:30-11:30 a.m. or 6:30-7:30 p.m. Class is designed to reduce stress and enhance meditation through the ancient, passive martial art of Tai Chi.
