Wm. J. Wilkinson, extension educator - small business management, will present this 3-hour program. Seminar topics to include: *Understanding Customers and Their Expectations, *Demonstrating Good Customer Service - Individual and Organizational, *Telephone Skills, *Dealing with Unhappy Customers, *Creating a Customer Service Action Plan. This seminar is sponsored by the Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at U of I Extension, Champaign Chamber of Commerce, and Champaign County Economic Development Corporation. Sign-in will begin at 8:30 AM. Seating is limited, so pre-registration is requested. Registration fee is $20 per person.
