Description:

This class will teach you basic guitar-playing skills including tuning, right-hand and left-hand techniques, holding the pick, strumming styles, and a lot of chords. You should come away from this class with a better understanding of playing the guitar and the desire to keep playing your guitar! The fee is $90 for the six-week session, 7 to 8:15 p.m. Mondays, Nov. 3-Dec. 15. No class on Nov. 17.
