DANVILLE — Organizers are gearing up for the 48th annual Turtle Reunion and Races today.

The event, which raises thousands of dollars to help children with developmental disabilities, will be held from noon to 8 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus, 310 Bryan Ave., Danville.
