A second location of the Chinese restaurant Rainbow Garden has opened in Champaign-Urbana.

The original Rainbow Garden restaurant in Champaign, at 1402 S. Neil St., opened in 1999, and current owner Zhiyuan Song bought the business in 2005. The new restaurant is in the Gateway Shoppes shopping center at 202 E. University Ave., U.

The Irish pub Dublin O'Neil's officially opened in downtown Champaign last week and neighboring restaurant 301 Mongolia is expected to open this week.

"We're definitely a comforting, homey place with pub atmosphere: exposed brick walls, a cobblestone entry way," said Joshua Huddleston, executive chef of Dublin O'Neil's.
