Traxside Pub and Sports Lounge opened Feb. 1 in the old Radmaker's Billiards and Sports Bar at 4 E. Holden St.
It's owned by Jignesh and Nita Panchal, who operate the adjacent Hometown Pantry, and by Jeff Lancaster, who was long involved in Radmaker's.
Listed are recent permits for all commercial and industrial work, all new single-family and multifamily residences and all residential remodeling over $50,000. Permits are listed by applicant, location, description of the work and the estimated cost.

URBANA — Common Ground Food Co-Op will continue the weeklong grand opening of its expanded store, with daily tours at 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. through Sunday.
