URBANA — Wines at the Pines plans to close April 27 after a 3-1/2-year run at The Pines shopping center in southeast Urbana.

CHAMPAIGN — A Champaign apartment rental business has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
Bay Harbor Apartments LLC is seeking to reorganize its debts as a result of the March 18 filing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Danville.
The company, represented by Champaign attorney Brett Kepley, reported total assets of $2.89 million and total liabilities of $8.82 million.
DANVILLE — Kohl's is open and selling, and the walls of the T.J. Maxx store are going up, but the city still hasn't received the federal grant money it needs to cover the $600,000 it took out of its general fund in 2011 to complete the $2 million incentive package for the retail development on North Vermilion Street.
