URBANA — An Urbana man who attacked a woman on a city street has been sentenced to four years in prison.
Michael E. Finley, 23, whose last known address was in the 1000 block of East Colorado Avenue, pleaded guilty Wednesday to aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
URBANA — A Champaign teen who admitted taking part in the attempted robbery of an Urbana man last summer has been sentenced to four years of probation.
THOMASBORO — Burglars took six guns from a rural Thomasboro home Tuesday or Wednesday.
Champaign County sheriff's Sgt. Dan Coile said the son of the homeowner at County Road 2600 N, north and east of Thomasboro, arrived home about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday and discovered the theft of guns from an unattached garage.

CHAMPAIGN — Traffic has reopened in the 100 block of East Green Street in Champaign following a water main break.
Illinois American Water worked with the city of Champaign and Broeren Russo to reopen one lane of traffic in both the eastbound and westbound lanes. The street had been closed earlier on Wednesday.

CAMARGO — Two teenagers were reported injured in a single-vehicle accident in rural Douglas County late Tuesday afternoon.
Douglas County Chief Deputy Peter Buckley said that a 16-year-old boy and 16-year-old girl were in a vehicle that crashed into a tree at 675 N County Road 1760 E, south of Camargo, at about 5:24 p.m. Tuesday.
