MARION — Brandon Hohl homered twice and drove in six runs in leading the Illinois baseball team to a 13-5 win against Southern Illinois on Sunday at Rent One Park.
The junior third baseman, who had three hits and scored three times, belted a three-run shot to left field in the third inning and added another three-run homer in the eighth inning.
CARBONDALE — Freshman right-hander John Kravetz (3-0) allowed five hits, struck out four and didn't issue a walk in leading the Illinois baseball team to a 7-2 win against Northern Illinois on Saturday.
